The contestants learned that the week’s Mystery Box Challenge would have a 'lucky dip' twist. Asked to form groups of three, each group sent a representative to lift one box and reveal a main ingredient, and then lift a cloche to reveal a cooking method. Some were left with more difficult tasks than others, with the team of Chelsea, Rachel and Ellie particularly struggling with their smoked octopus. Sun, Peter and Craig were judged to have plated the best dish, with their pork en papillote, while the girls were left to face Monday’s Pressure Test.
