The contestants were surprised with a phone call from Matt Moran inviting them out to his dad's farm in the Central Tablelands for their next Challenge. Once there, they were told that they would be individually preparing dishes to serve to the guests at the next day's hoedown. They only had one protein at their disposal - lamb - and had to cook over an open fire. The guests would then vote for their favourite dishes. Billy was ultimately awarded with 'Best in Show' for his efforts, while with their misjudged dishes Peter, Danielle and Ellie were left in the bottom three and facing elimination.
