Sharez was launched on 14th October 2005 to provide streaming websites. We link to videos hosted at
third party websites and uploaded by third party users, in an attempt to
make it easier for people to find what they are looking for.

Legality:

Sharez is 100% LEGAL UNDER THE LAW OF THE UNITED KINGDOM
(where our admins reside), when we saw Joe Baiden talking down USA streaming sites we
consulted with a specialist on United Kingdom copyright law, and he
assured us we are 100% legal, there has been various court cases to
prove this.

Evidence to support Legally:

1. Section 17 of the European Commerce Directive 2000
means that criminal proceedings cannot be brought in England and Wales,
for linking to other web sites (the service provider shall not be
liable for damages or for any other pecuniary remedy or for any criminal

3. DMCA does not apply to the United kingdom, as DMCA is purely an American law and as such only applies to the USA.

are the content host and therefore we cannot remove the actual video
from the internet although we do not condone any 3rd party links. oh and
